Level 1 Specialist Unit
The Neuro Rehabilitation Centre offers specialised services for individuals aged 18 to 65, addressing neurological and physical health challenges. These services include Brain Injury Rehab, Spinal Injury Rehab, Sensory Impairment, and Physical Disability, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery and well-being.
Domiciliary Care
We offer specialised domiciliary care services prioritising nursing care, personal and non-personal care, respite care, and social activities. From medication management to companionship and cognitive support, we tailor our assistance to individual needs. Our team ensures health monitoring, rehabilitation support, and specialised care for specific conditions, fostering holistic well-being. Respite care offers temporary relief for primary caregivers, emphasising our commitment to comprehensive and personalised care.
